Privacy
How your information is handled.
This page describes PBP’s website, guides, purchases, private services and professional enquiries.
Website information and analytics
The public website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand page visits, referral sources and use of enquiry and resource links. It can receive technical information such as browser, device and network information under Google’s own terms.
PBP’s custom measurement uses page paths and fixed action labels. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and private free-text enquiry or service material are not included in these event parameters. Professional and consumer actions are measured separately. A click is not treated as an enquiry, booking or payment.
Kit email guides
When you request a free guide, Kit handles signup and email delivery. The form states the guide and email series you are requesting. You can unsubscribe through those emails. A professional enquiry does not subscribe you to the women’s-safety email series.
Gumroad purchases
Gumroad handles checkout and payment for paid guides and Private Pattern Reads under its privacy terms. PBP uses the order and contact information needed to fulfil and administer the purchase. PBP does not receive your full card details through this website.
Calendly and Private Clarity Calls
Calendly handles scheduling and the booking details you provide for a Private Clarity Call. PBP uses your contact, intake and scheduling information to prepare for the focused conversation, deliver it and provide the written recap. Do not use booking fields for urgent safety information or upload case files through unrelated channels.
Any recording would require separate agreement. Booking a call does not give consent to publish your experience or use it in public content.
Private Pattern Read material
You may remove or change names and identifying details before sending material. Material supplied for a Private Pattern Read is accessed only as needed to complete that specific order. PBP does not maintain an ongoing case file through this service.
Working material supplied for the read is deleted after delivery once it is no longer required for fulfilment, subject to any records PBP is legally required to retain. Each purchase is a separate Private Pattern Read and does not automatically reopen or continue an earlier order.
Only submit material requested through the Private Pattern Read process. PBP does not sell private submissions or turn them into public case content.
Professional enquiries
The professional enquiry form is provided through Jotform. It requests contact and organisation details, enquiry type, presenter preference, audience, location, timing and a short professional brief. Jotform holds submissions in PBP’s form account. Pete and Belinda use the information to assess fit, discuss scope and manage the enquiry; relevant details may be kept in the existing commercial record.
Do not include medical histories, victim case files, children’s names, identifying child information or detailed abuse narratives. School and youth-sector enquiries are handled with the adult organising the engagement.
Email enquiries are handled through PBP’s Gmail inbox. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or the consumer email sequence.
External services
Kit, Gumroad, Calendly, Jotform and Google process information under their own privacy terms and may process it outside Australia. Links to third-party sites open their services; their own practices apply there.
Retention, access and correction
PBP keeps enquiry, booking and transaction records as needed for the enquiry or service, business administration and legal obligations. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised for those records. The specific Private Pattern Read handling rule above applies to its working material.
You can ask what personal information PBP holds, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing petebatesproject@gmail.com. Some transaction or legal records may need to be retained. PBP cannot promise absolute security or legal privilege.
