Website information
This website may collect standard technical information such as device type, pages viewed and referral source so we can understand what is useful. We do not use the private preview environment for public analytics.
Email guides
When you request a free guide, the signup and email delivery are handled by Kit. The form will identify what information is requested before you submit it.
Purchases
Paid guides and Private Pattern Reads are purchased through Gumroad. Gumroad processes the checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms.
Private Pattern Read material
You may remove or change names and identifying details before sending material. Material supplied for a Private Pattern Read is accessed only as needed to complete that specific order. PBP does not maintain an ongoing case file through this service.
Working material supplied for the read is deleted after delivery once it is no longer required for fulfilment, subject to any records PBP is legally required to retain. Each purchase is a separate Private Pattern Read and does not automatically reopen or continue an earlier order.
Only submit material requested through the Private Pattern Read process. Do not send urgent safety information through ordinary email or website links.
