The Rebuild pathway offers practical guides for finding a useful first step, building daily structure and taking responsibility for what comes next.

The project began with patterns that kept being lost when people saw only separate incidents. That work continues through women’s-safety resources on coercive control, post-separation abuse, victim misidentification and children used as leverage.

The wider conversation also includes childhood adversity, addiction, offending, prison, isolation and rebuilding. Understanding those connections can open better questions. It does not remove adult responsibility or excuse harm.
